Stop wasting your time
I hate discussing tactics.
“Should I A/B test the color of my CTA button?” “What are some things I can do to ‘drive traffic’”? “How can I find a technical co-founder?”
The reality is that you should have known the answer to all of those questions yesterday. The 100 million little “tactical” steps that can improve your business? You need to know all of them - but each individual one is worth almost nothing. So you have to learn as many as you can, as fast as you can.
Your competition knows the answers. Why don’t you?
You should be reading Quora, devouring influential blogs, and going to every single keynote and panel.
The dirty truth about startup founders? None of us know what the fuck we’re doing - but we do know how to use Google. There is no question you can ask about startups that has not already been answered online.
So why are you wasting time asking these questions?
